An audit is carried out according to the following steps:
Preparatory step using the documents required from the audited factory. (Pre-audit form)
Audit carried out relating to the contractor quality framework or the ATeCQ one, as follows:
- going through documents,
- visiting the factory following the product's flow,
- indicating actions to be undertaken,
ATeCQ sends the audit report and the action plan in French and/or English if required within 2 weeks
ATeCQ checks and follows up the changes carried out by the factory, in accordance with the schedule given by ATeCQ
